The Expertise We're Looking For
FINRA Series 7 and 63 preferred, OR ability to acquire upon hire (paid training & support provided)
2 - 3 years of previous financial services experience preferred
Equity compensation experience preferred or desire to learn
Knowledge and understanding of general financial planning concepts
- Demonstrated customer service and relationship management skills
The Purpose of Your Role
The role of the Stock Plan Consultant is to support and guide plan participants who receive equity awards as a part of their overall compensation plan. We are looking for candidates passionate about creating a world class client experience who wish to gain financial expertise while growing professionally. Our successful consultants assist participants with a broad range of needs including answering questions about their accounts and equity compensation to guiding them to the personalized resources necessary for their success. The goal remains consistent for all interactions: help participants feel more confident, make informed decisions, and achieve their financial dreams.
