  • Support facilitation of all aspects of design from the initial concept to final development of the product.
  • Participate in all aspects of daily follow up with internal business partner via email communications and attending meetings.
  • Prepare and update line sheets accordingly and manage silhouette updates.
  • Participate in the fit process and update design sketches based on feedback during fittings.
  • Regularly communicate progress with cross functional partners.
  • Responsible for editing all product details throughout the design review process that impacts the final execution of product commercialization.
  • Assist the design team in market research, sketching, illustration.
  • Fill silhouettes with prints/art in Illustrators working line sheet, update printouts accordingly for meeting presentations.
  • Assist in preparing and requesting design and proto samples from the Product Development & Sourcing teams.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining products and color in the PLM system and shared drives.
  • Maintain and organizing samples.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams – Product Development, Merchandising, and Tech Design to ensure the flow of information is accurate throughout the development process.


  • 1 – 3 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, Illustration or a related field
  • Strong knowledge and application of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of graphic and CAD design fundamentals in print (NedGraphics experience preferable)
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, highly detail oriented, meticulous, and creative.
  • Sharp and quick learner with positive attitude.
  • Collaborative mindset and enjoys working in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
