Instawork is currently seeking a Contract Sales Recruiter to support the rapidly growing GTM team in the United States. This position will partner with hiring managers to find them top talent for their expanding teams. What You’ll Do

  • Source, evaluate, and support hiring across Instawork with a primary focus in GTM

  • Communicate consistently and proactively to ensure alignment, remove barriers and drive the hiring process.

  • Partner with the people and culture team, hiring managers to define roles, measure and communicate progress, improve existing programs and develop innovative recruitment strategies

  • Develop relationships with candidates and give them a world-class candidate experience

  • Demonstrate knowledge and excitement about our business and be able to answer candidate and employee questions primarily around HR related areas

  • Build healthy, robust pipelines of candidates on a continuous basis

  • Helping further define and improve our full lifecycle recruiting processes with priorities on candidate experience and strong partnerships with hiring managers and teams

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience including GTM/Sales recruiting

  • Must have the skills and ability to directly source diverse talent

  • Corporate/in-house recruiting experience required; agency experience a plus

  • Previous experience utilizing sourcing and candidate engagement recruitment tools including Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter or related CRM program preferred

  • Demonstrated experience delivering consistent, high quality recruiting results in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Passionate about candidate experience

  • Innovative, creative, and flexible - demonstrate ability to seek out and identify talent in many different ways

  • Self-starter with strong organizational, analytics, and multi-tasking skills and ability to perform in an ambiguous environment
