Supervise the daily activities of the patient registration and/or scheduling staff

  • Assess staffing patterns and schedule to optimize departmental resources and productivity.
  • Order and maintain appropriate supplies.
  • Develop and implement a quality assurance program.
  • Track and report quality assurance results to leadership and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Oversee process for collecting fees prior to service.
  • Keep abreast of insurance company changes and updates.
  • Communicate these changes to staff.



  • High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job
    specific experience required

    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
