AAA Club Alliance is seeking an experienced Planning Specialist to join our Automotive Service Team in Philadelphia, PA. You will be responsible for maintaining the activities associated with forecasting and scheduling of our Fleet Drivers & Contractor Networks.

Work Schedule: Hybrid Schedule (3 days in office/2 days working from home).

What you will be doing:

• Identifies and utilizes workforce management (WFM) software
• Ensures that all scheduling records/changes are accurate, up to date, and communicated in a timely manner to the appropriate parties in Fleet.
• Actively communicates with Fleet & Dispatch management to fully understand business needs and staffing challenges.
• Manages the vendor relationship with Fleet Management Team to ensure satisfaction with services.
• Creates, collects and maintains forecasting and scheduling data.
• Works with Fleet Management to maintain accurate inventory of trucks and equipment
• Other duties as assigned

W hat we need from you:

• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Four to five years of experience in a fast-paced telephone/dispatch operation center
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
• Effective interpersonal presentation skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work independently, lead and provide guidance to others.
• Willingness and ability to travel to assigned offices as needed.
