Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Position will be based out of: Dallas-Fort Worth Distribution Center. Supporting multiple locations

Lead and coordinate overall logistics planning and operations functions in support of our internal and external customers. Drive change initiatives via appropriate performance metrics that are aligned with planning and operations. Maintain a safe work environment for all employees in the department. Responsible for all logistics areas and assets, including but not limited to Inbound, Outbound and Inter-Company. Plan for contingencies and continuous improvements in all facets of role. Strategic support on future planning, while ensuring current execution

What You Will Do Doing:

  • Responsible for achieving established customer service fill rates. Identify opportunities and drive initiatives to improve performance, reduce cost and improve the customer experience.
  • Work with the finance department and others in adherence to budget for logistics operations. Ensure that all invoicing issues are correct and accurate
  • Provide leadership for all cost savings initiatives.
  • Responsible for quality of our product to the end customer
  • Supports the development of the Planning and Logistics department staff and workforce, and acts as a catalyst for communication between operating departments. Continuously look for ways to improve freight efficiency
  • Interfaces with sales force and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Practices, models, and upholds Enovis core values in all employment endeavors.


  • BS or BA, preferably with emphasis in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Preferably a strong background in supply chain or transportation
  • APICS certification(s) a plus.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a, transportation planning or logistics management environment;
  • Computer experience essential, to include experience with Oracle, SAP systems, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to multi-task effectively and work in an fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment and to perform a variety of duties without direct supervision.
  • Ability to travel to multiple sites (California and Mexico). 10% travel may be required.
