engaging all aspect of the business to enhance new product introduction (NPI) in BBM world  is the focus of this position. Develop and utilize PLM/PDM Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to drive process improvement and obtain management and stake holder support.

Job Description

As a Process Chain Lead, you will:

  • Provided empathy with the customer, strong focus on improvement of Bosch internal processes (value creation), deliver professional service to customers via close cooperation with the technical solution teams (e.g. PST, GS, CI. BCI, etc.). Ideate and promote improvements to enable business operations according to market reaction requirements.
  • Provide support to SAP Key users and end users mainly oriented to user profile for design, development engineers and engineering documentation department officers.
  • Ensure solutions for business operations regarding Product engineering, Releases, ECRs Governance and Lifecycle management across functions plus Cross functional operations to enable Product Master Data (MatCh) governance and coordination.
  • Actively promote process governance, management and continuous improvement.
  • Train and ensure the proper competence regarding SAP processes in line with the BBM standard.
  • Drive and contribute to the implementation of SAP BBM standard processes with internal and external departments as needed.
  • Assess and implement new SAP requirements
  • Test and release new SAP requirements
  • Correct SAP errors, if existing, such as coordinating solutions with internal and external departments.
  • Participate and contribute on the implementation of SAP projects or related IT activities.

Qualifications

Skills, experience and know-how:

  • BBM plant operations
  • RB Project fundamentals
  • RB organizational framework
  • Product engineering experience- 2 years
  • Documentation office experience
  • Know-how of at least one of following areas: production, engineering, engineering documentation office.
  • SAP Specialist in the area of product lifecycle and data management
  • Self-learner and continuous improvement mindset
  • Deep sense of accountability and responsibility.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree: Industrial, mechanical, electronic, Processes or IT engineering
