Program Administration Specialist

Land O’Lakes is searching for a Program Administration Specialist to join our Winfield United Customer Operations team in Arden Hills, MN. In this role, you will be accountable for the accurate payout of customer marketing programs and will also provide operational expertise when working with systems and data setup for the marketing programs in the Winfield United tools and applications.

Your additional responsibilities include:

  • Program Administration
  • Calculate, reconcile and issue program payouts as directed by Winfield United Marketing
  • Issue credits to customers for partner seed programs
  • Ensure tools and applications are properly setup to support marketing program tracking
  • Oversee the marketing program write-up process
  • Responsible to investigate, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve customer disputes involving program payouts and calculations
  • Support ongoing development of WFU business strategy and field execution.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to identify and implement opportunities.
  • Owns decision on how to correct customer invoices and coach Customer Account Coordinators on implementing the correction.

Internal/External Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments to improve the customer experience and identify and fix root causes
  • Consult and advise with Marketing and Sales partners on program feasibility
  • Create processes as subject matter expert as it relates to the setup, calculation, reconciliation and execution processes of customer marketing programs
  • Review and revise dealer agreements and other required contracts with the legal department
  • Collaborate with external business partners to improve the performance and resolve issues with necessary tools and technology (i.e. log incidents for JDE 9.2 performance issues)
  • Builds and maintains relationships with sales staff and marketing teams

Process Management

  • Identify and implement process improvements that will enhance customer productivity and effectiveness
  • Ensure appropriate processes are in place, documented and communicated appropriately to stakeholders

Required Education/Experience/Competencies:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business related field
  • 2-4 years’ experience in accounting, customer service, or operations
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (V-look ups, Pivot Tables, calculations, data manipulation)
  • Preferred Experience/Knowledge
  • Working knowledge of process, data and system best practices
  • Must be able to work with and communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Strong decision making, problem solving and communication skills
  • Experience in Power BI and creating data driven dashboards and reports
