Job Description:

The Marketing Group is currently seeking a Marketing Manager for campaign-specific efforts to our SMB customer base. This role would include the strategy and execution of email, Direct Mail and Digital communications as-well-as reporting out on campaign results.

Responsibilities i
nclude, but are not limited to:

  • Executing the marketing objectives of the SendTech business unit

  • Work with marketing team to plan and execute all retention marketing campaigns and strategies including both email and direct mail.

  • Measuring marketing program effectiveness and recommending creative and strategic changes and roll outs

  • Partnering with creative, production and data vendors

  • Maintenance of the marketing execution calendar

  • Develop new innovative ways to encourage a change in client’s behaviors; A/B test to better understand and optimize across campaigns

  • Manage the email and direct mail calendars from end-to-end, including working with creative/operations teams to establish a monthly calendar, creative briefing/feedback, execution within SalesForce Marketing Cloud platform, and feedback/reporting

  • Bringing creative best practices to the table, while establishing a testing roadmap for all campaign emails & direct mail Day-to-day management of 3rd party email executions

  • Weekly contact with the direct mail printer ensuring the campaign stays on schedule. Works with the printer to schedule, delivery tracking, and in-home dates.

  • Strategy and execution of customer facing marketing materials

  • Proofing agency creative for accuracy and brand compliance

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3+ years of work experience in customer retention marketing, OR a Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, MBA or related with 3years of experience (Degree in Marketing preferred)

  • Experience pairing formal data and trends with a personal sense of curiosity to generate insights as it relates it ideation and execution

  • Proven understanding of how to plan, develop, execute and optimize print and digital campaigns within the email & direct mail channels

  • Great mix of analytical & creative ability

  • Strong communicator, ready to lead projects & present findings on a weekly/monthly basis both written and oral communication

  • Strong project management skills including conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines, and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and within a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent attention to detail and self-starter

  • Ability to work in a matrix environment partnering with multiple functions and geographies is essential to success in this position.

  • Hard working, self-starter mentality; highly collaborative and communicative

  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and organized allowing the ability to multi-task to deliver responsibilities on-time while being able to handle shifting priorities.
