The role in a nutshell



Take ownership of your own OSHC service and lead a team of quality educators in providing a quality program built by the children, for the children

This service is Kinsgton OSHClub, and it has been running successfully for 5+ years with consistent, dedicated staff that know the ins and outs of the day to day running's of the service, and most importantly have formed lifelong memories with the children and Families. What to expect as a Coordinator



As the Coordinator, you will take ownership of your very own OSHC service. This includes:



Mentor and develop a team of Educators; Creative license to design and deliver value driven programs; Ensuring NQF compliance of your service; Fostering the outstanding existing relationship with the school and community links; Developing fun, child-driven activities; Utilise the interests and passions of children & staff in your service for creative programs; Planning & resourcing healthy eating menus



This opportunity requires commitment during the school term and holiday program, Monday to Friday, as a guide: Before School Care (7:00 am - 9.00 am); and After School Care (2:30 pm - 6:00 pm) as well as 3 hours paid administration hours to total 30.5 hours per week



About You



Diploma/ Bachelors qualified within relevant* discipline OR enrolled; Leadership experience working with children within a group environment; A current Working with Childrens Check; The ability to pass a National Police Check. Valid Working Rights to work in Australia
