Work schedule: Full Day


1. Dust mops, wet mops and sweeps floors.

2. Collects and transports trash, cleans/relines trash containers with plastic bags inside and/or outside the building.

3. Washes sinks and other plumbing fixtures and replaces disposables such as: paper towels, soap and toilet paper.

4. Completes all cleaning duties such as dusting, cleaning and polishing furniture; polish metal or other bright surfaces that collect dust; clean mirrors and windows.

5. Maintains and stores equipment in a clean, safe condition.

6. Utilizes detergents, disinfectants, polishes finishes, etc.

7. Strips, waxes and buffs floors.

8. Operates heavy duty floor machinery.

9. Shampoos carpets.

10. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.


1. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

2. Ability to operate heavy duty machinery.

3. Pulling, pushing, lifting, bending, standing, stooping.
