Position Summary:
This is a global product creation role with system, logistic and operational responsibilities that will touch all product categories (apparel, hard goods & accessories). You will focus not only on ensuring the integrity of all product details across all data platforms, but also be an instrumental support figure for the global product teams. This role reports to the Senior Product Line Manager, but also requires very close collaboration with design, development, planning and demand creation teams as well as all regional brand managers.

Essential Functions of this Role:

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Be the gatekeeper for all product details, system maintenance and data integrity
  • Own and drive data integrity of all line plans in PLM system
  • Build and distribute product VLP’s as necessary to global teams
  • Align work to the product creation calendar, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are achieved on time
  • Clearly articulate all written and verbal product detail communications to the internal product creation team
  • Attend fittings and maintain product direction according to the brief
  • Maintain physical sample management for multiple seasons throughout the GTM process
  • Ability to work with the demand planning team on in-depth reporting to inform line plans, including past season’s actual sales figures and future season’s regional forecasts
  • Strong leadership skills to create cross-functional partnerships
  • A desire to build an intimate understanding of the Fox Racing Brand and our core consumer
  • Firmly connected to the competitive landscape to be able to benchmark our perceived value and create our competitive advantage

Required Education, Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, marketing or related field. An additional 1-3 years’ experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Well versed in fashion, color and trend analysis
