The Team Leader is responsible for providing fast and efficient resolutions to on-site Implementation Consultants. The Team Leader can balance issues at multiple sites simultaneously. The Team Leader must diagnose software issues and follow through to resolution




Responsiveness to issues and ability to quickly and accurately resolve problems allows on-site personnel to increase the amount of time they can spend training or providing go-live assistance to the client. Quick resolution of issues also increases customer satisfaction with the implementation process, which can then increase sales by providing positive references




Responsibilities

  • Provide easily accessible assistance to Implementation Consultants working at client sites.
  • Review, summarize and file consultant acknowledgement documents and trip reports.
  • Attend Development Department training on new applications within product suite.
  • Facilitate monthly evening community development meetings.
  • Provide detailed reviews of new Implementation Consultants’ initial solo client site visits.
  • Document and submit software issues to Development
  • Monitor pending Development issues to verify that items are handled in a timely manner.
  • Prepare class documentation and teach live or web-based classes.
  • Manage multiple activities while staying calm and working for the fastest accurate resolution.
  • Build rapport with the Development and Support Departments to maximize communication and resolution of issues.
  • Incorporate new information, analyze issues, and make quick decisions on how to resolve issues
  • Understand the implementation processes, methods and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience required in a Senior Implementation Consultant position, or in a position which demonstrates systems knowledge and experience.
  • Strong written and oral communications including conveying, documenting, preparing, presenting, and training various audiences on both technical and non-technical information.
  • Solid knowledge and application of relational database design and data base structures (i.e. fields, tables, views, database objects, etc.) involving data flow, mapping, conversion scripts, etc.
  • Knowledge and understanding of SQL Server and Oracle databases is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and experience creating and executing on software test plans and reports.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (including but not limited to Visio and related tools).
  • Strong knowledge and application of software development tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make sound, effective and timely decisions along with the ability to solve problems involving complex issues.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical ability, particularly in a technical environment.
  • Exceptional presentation and knowledge transfer skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel
  • Valid driver’s license.

State Specific Salary Range Disclosure Requirements for Colorado, Connecticut, and Nevada


Salary will generally fall between $69,797 - $75,000 before adjustment for geographic differences. Recruiter can confirm if position is incentive eligible.
