Job Description

The Sr. Content Manager will be responsible for the planning, creation, deployment, and optimization of all marketing content to ensure that it collectively drives the business goals across all of Trove’s brands—BlenderBottle, Owala, Avana, and Whiskware.

Responsibilities:

  • Closely collaborate with the Senior Director of Brand & Content Strategy  
  • Develop a comprehensive, multichannel content plan that supports the customer value journey and drives revenue across paid and owned media
  • Oversee the execution of content plan across all relevant teams
  • Provide direction to the creative team on the ideation and production of all content 
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to continuously measure and optimize content performance 
  • Provide strategic direction to the social content team to ensure content drives awareness, engagement, and revenue 
  • Own the content calendar for all channels 
  • Review content for tone, voice, clarity, and consistency of messaging
  • Directly manage the social media team
  • Assist social content team in managing influencers and brand ambassadors
  • Review and edit copy and directly manage the copywriting team
  • Identify new opportunities and emerging social trends to capitalize on

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • BS in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience in multi-channel content management for D2C and retail brands
  • Deep background in social media strategy
  • Experience in influencer marketing and running brand ambassador programs
  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency
  • Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work on multiple projects across multiple brands simultaneously
