Overview:

Perform administrative functions pertaining to shipping and receiving mail and packages, maintain shipping and mailing supplies, and facilitate document destruction services.




Responsibilities:

Perform mailroom related administrative tasks through use of web based applications as required.



  • Perform timely and accurate collection and distribution of USPS & expedited mail and packages.

  • Operate and maintain mail and shipping equipment; schedule repair orders when necessary.

  • Facilitate document destruction service requests with internal personnel and 3rd party vendors.

  • Maintain bank owned vehicle. (E.g. Monitor and schedule oil changes, repairs and maintenance as required.)

  • In the performance of respective duties, must maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act regulations and all other regulatory, security and bank policies.

  • Performs other duties as assigned by manager.


Qualifications:

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Two to four years related experience or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of standard office equipment including mail machine and scale.

  • PC literacy, including knowledge of MS Office applications.

  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with all levels of management.

  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
